Paul-Albert intervient en Private Equity, fusions-acquisitions, droit des sociétés et droit commercial.
Il assiste des start-ups et des sociétés à fort potentiel de croissance (évoluant notamment dans les domaines des nouvelles technologies et des biotech) pour lesquelles il intervient à toutes les étapes de leur développement, lors de chaque tour de financements aussi bien que lors d’opérations de fusions et acquisitions, ainsi que dans leur suivi juridique au quotidien.
Il est également amené à travailler auprès d’investisseurs qu’il conseille dans leur politique de prise de participation ou d’acquisition.
Avocat au barreau de Paris depuis 2003, Paul-Albert a travaillé au sein du cabinet Villechenon avant de rejoindre La Tour International en janvier 2020.
